Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Fortunepixel, LDA, a company incorporated in Portugal doing business as InsightsQL. By using InsightsQL, you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the company you sign up on behalf of.

Your data

You own the data you upload to InsightsQL. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service: to store, process, and display your data to you and the teammates you authorize. We never use your data to train AI models. How we handle personal data is covered by our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for having the rights to the data you upload, including any consents required for research data about individuals.

Acceptable use

Don't use InsightsQL to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Payment

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or subscription. If you stop paying, we may suspend your account after reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. When you do, your data becomes available for export for 30 days, after which we delete it.

Service changes and availability

We're a small team shipping fast. While in early-release, features may change, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, though we aim for 99% uptime. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Disclaimer and liability

InsightsQL is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated analysis can be wrong, so verify important findings before acting on them. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Trademarks

Third-party product names and logos shown on our website (such as those of the tools we integrate with) are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify compatibility; their use does not imply any endorsement of InsightsQL or partnership beyond what is expressly stated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection rules that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
